Your profile will be created on a form with an assigned reference number and no personal information. Any circulation of the profile for negotiation purposes will be completely blind as to your identity. Your identity will only be exposed after we reach a reasonable negotiated offer, with a signed and binding document, and receive your express written permission to disclose your personal data.
