The Process
Step 1 - Upon your retaining us to represent you we will schedule a confidential interview to create your blind profile. This interview will provide us with invaluable information as to what you desire, or are opposed to when looking at an opportunity. This allows us to
pre-screen any opportunities that would not meet your needs or desires without wasting even a moment of your valuable time.
Step 2 – When we match your desires and requirements with an offering in our corporate database we will schedule a meeting to present the possible opportunity,
as it relates to rating the criteria documented in your profile. You will be provided with
all pertinent information on the opportunity to allow you to make an intelligent business decision to request more information, move on to step 3, or pass on it completely.
Step 3 – We begin due diligence and investigate the credibility and viability of the potential opportunity. At this point in time we secure an agreement in principal offer and an executed terms sheet. We are able to utilize our extensive industry contact capital to ensure that the opportunity is solid and the company’s financial situation can support their offer.
Step 4 - We create and execute the appropriate legal documents such as Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreements between all parties. Once all parties are satisfied with the progress of the preliminary negotiations you make a decision as whether you wish to finalize the negotiations by disclosing your identity and attending a face to face meeting. If you choose to continue the negotiations, we move on to Step 5.
Step 5 – We represent you through the final negotiations and prepare and execute all required legal documents including an enforceable contract. In many cases we can even negotiate and arrange a performance guarantee in the form of bond or escrowed monies to ensure your receipt of the remuneration named in the contract.
