The Process


Step 1 -
Upon subscribing to our service we will schedule an interview to create your corporate profile. This interview will provide us with invaluable information as to what you are looking for in a builder and what you are willing to invest in them.  We will also gather the necessary information on you company, products and compensation structure to allow us to match the best possible candidates for your review. This allows us to pre-screen any candidate that would not meet your needs or fit your corporate culture without wasting your valuable time.

Step 2 –
When we match your requirements with potential candidates in our database we will provide you with blind profiles to review and consider. You will be provided with all pertinent information on the candidates to allow you to make an intelligent business decision to request more information, move on to step 3, or pass on the currently available profiles

Step 3 –
We provide due diligence and background information to help you determine the credibility and viability of the potential candidate. If you are interested, we will provide and execute the required documentation to support a terms sheet describing your offer of any special consideration. 

Step 4 –
If the candidate or candidates wish to pursue the negotiation we create and execute the appropriate legal documents such as Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreements between all parties. Once all parties are satisfied with the progress of the preliminary negotiations you make a decision as whether you wish to finalize the negotiations by attending a face to face meeting. If you choose to continue the negotiations, we move on to Step 5. 

Step 5 – We prepare and execute all required legal documents including an equitable agreement to provide security for both your company and the prospect.
